I noticed that on my server EU non-PvP bosses with random spawn usually appear between +1h ss to +12 h ss (it is 11 AM to 10 PM). Of course some of them appear in the middle of our night, but quite rarely, so I have a feeling it is somehow set, that bosses should appear during a day.

I'm curious of bosshunters on SA servers have the same feeling.

Of course I know, that now few people will think: "I met one boss at night so it's not true" - I did it too, but still 90% of bosses (bosses, not mounts) appear during the day in my time zone, on my server.

So, does bosses appearance depend on server's region time zone?

Having in mind that Pochwalona is one of the most experienced bosshunters in Tibia and one of the co-funders of Tibiabosses, answering this question is quite difficult.

As I recently trransferred from EU to NA server, I can share what I have noticed. One could say that bosses should respawn more often when there are more players online, so in case of NA and SA servers this should be around 20:00 their time. Well this is not the case.
I've killed about 15 rare bosses since my transfer and times that I killed are pretty much within the timeframes mentioned by Pochwalona. In my case it was 10:20 AM - 23:00 PM and totally random.
No bosses found at night - and in the morning (polish time) even though I've checked quite often.

I honestly think it's all random, we all have the SS at 10 CEST however bosses will appear on different servers at different days or times. I'm on an optional PVP American server and I find many people however find bosses during the day, including Vampires Bosses, PoI bosses, etc. BUT, I don't check bosses at night anymore which would be like 4 hours before SS on wards. I have a Polish friend who plays our American server and he is able to check bosses at a lot of times that I wouldn't be able to, and he is always very lucky because of this he always posts picture with many bosses on his fanpage, but he does check bosses quite often and relies on Tibiabosses to see when their bound to spawn soon on our server. I wish I could give you maybe an accurate answer I decided to look at TibiaBosses.com and according to their time calculator 10 hours after SS seems to be a hot time, some spawn 2-3 hours before SS but majority of them seen can be killed during the day. However, this calculator is seems to be for ALL servers and I can't tell you much about how they calculate it. But, I guess TIbia takes into account popular times of players for all servers as my assumption? With a little leeway in between that because you don't want everyone spawning at the same time. Your question is just making me cry because I wan't to give you a proper response but based on personal experience (which probably isn't much compared to a lot of boss hunters) and the tool Spawning Times at Tibiabosses.com it seems to be random. I don't play a South American world as well so I look forward to seeing other replies to your question.

At SA servers it seems to be the same case, though I play only at night during the week, I receive many screenshots from my guild players founding bosses but it is more between  8AM to 7PM BRT, server save here is 6AM. I have to say that at night I believe players focus more to hunting that searching bosses, but at night is more commum to see mounts like midnight panther, undead cave bear and draptor.
