What reasons make Tibia email us?

I know sometimes I will get emails from Tibia but I was wondering what are all the reasons they would contact you out of the blue? Maybe they email us to warn us of things - but what exactly?

You can receive an e-mail when you:

• Buy any product from them (premium time, tibia coins) as a confirmation of the purchase.
• Earn a week of free premium time after a long abstinence 
• Is invited to the test servers.

However receiving scams is very common. Never click on any link that you are not 100% sure of what it is to avoid being hacked.

You can get email with:

• Information that your premium time is about to expire
• Invitation for the Tibia Summer/Winter Update
• Information about upcoming dissolution of your Tibia guild
• Information about Wrong Tibia Password
• Information about Character Auctions
• Confirmation of purchases (Tibia coins, premium time, etc)
• Week of free premium time after a long absence
• Invite-a-Friend (If a player invites you to come back or invites a new player)
• Tickets (Web, Support, etc)
