Where is the entrance to the Spike?

Sorry about the question but I honestly dont know where the entrance to the Spike is.  Thought id been all over  Kazordoon but apparently ive missed it.

Starting from the Kazordoon depot (make sure you by a ticket from NPC to use carts):

Click on the cart for temple which is the third one then you'll want to walk to the yellow circle located on map below. Walk west, north, then east, hop into north portal north of NPC Xelvar and youll arrive at The Spike. :)
