When do Grynch Clan Goblins start to spawn?

In the event calendar, it says that Christmas in Tibia starts on December 12. Does it mean the raids of grynch goblins start too? Or do they start more at the end of the month (close to 24~25 )?

On the second phase of Christmas: the 20th December.

They stop spawming the 31th december with the end of Christmas

And you only need to kill 5 of them to receive 10 really easy charm points
