The items that I bought from NPC Walter Jaeger using HTP can be sold to another players?

To answer your question no the items bought from NPC Walter Jaeger that you get when you exchange Hunting Points cannot be transferred or sold to other players.

If you talk with the NPC it goes to your store box and you cant trade anything in your store box!

I have a bronze hunter trophy and I can confirm that. They are like a regular store item.
