How can I line up item animations?

Question

I am a big deco guy, I love to decorate my houses but always find it hard when certain items are out of sync with their animations. I am wondering how can i line these up every time instead of moving them back and forth on squares to make sure they line up. Some examples of items are:

•  Flames of the Percht Queen
•  Lit Lightsphere
•  Volatile Proto Matter (all the different proto matters)

I am sure there are other items like this that I cannot think of as well.

On my own experience this is not even possible.

Tried with 2 light spheres and I succeeded after a time trying and trying. After some time I came back to the House and they were again moving at different time.

I did some research too and couldn't find an answer. I tried putting it in depot and taking it out at similar times but it didn't work.
