Hello dear Tibians!

With the recent update was introduced a new armor for paladins, the "Ghost Chestplate". Based on it's atributes, I'd like to know which hunts should I left Depth Lorica and use the brand new Ghost Chestplate? You can check the atributes of these armors following.

Ghost Chestplate
  • Arm:17
  • Distance+2
  • Physical+3%
  • 02ImbuementSlots
  •  lvl230
Gnome Armor
  • Arm:17
  • Distance+3
  • Physical+3%
  • Energy +8%
  • Ice -2%
  • 02ImbuementSlots
  • lvl200
Depth Lorica
  • Arm:16
  • Distance+3
  • Death +5%
  • 02ImbuementSlots
  • lvl150

Checking the stats it seems like Gnome Armor beats  Ghost Chestplate: +1 distance, +1% physical and +8% protection energy.

But thinking about it deeply, ghost armor accepts 2 imbuements that gnome armor will never do: Ice and Energy protection imbuement.

About the Energy protection imbuements, in my opinion It is not really useful for RP hunt (heart of destruction only probably), but the ice protection is interesting.

I used to use Depth Lorica for those places where I needed ice protection (wintercourt for example), using vampirism imbuement on it + quara scale imbuement (14% ice protection).

Comparing the ghost chestplate with depth lorica, if we imbue both with powerful  vampirism+ powerful quara scale imbuements, the only differences are an extra 3% physical protection of the first one and an extra +1dist + 5%death protection for the second.

If I had to choose between protection vs damage, I would choose damage for high levels RP, Who will not get headshot full surrounded of ice damage creatures; and I would use this Ghost chestplate armor for low levels ones Who need to have as much protection as they can to be able to block.

Ohh, I didn't think about imbuements fo Gnome Armor, good point. If you sweep Lorica for Ghost chest plate you will lose 1 distance ^^

In my case I do not have Gnome Armor, and I use to hunt Asura Mirro alone, or Skeleton Elite with pt, do you think would worthy sweep Lorica for Ghost?

No, no rly.
At least not for skeleton where It is preferible to deal more damage as a RP (if u are not the main blocker of the pt)
And in asuras with the depth lorica you already have the death protection on It, so u can imbue It with fire protection aswell. If u changed to Ghost chestplate u would lose one of those protections and lose 1 dist to gain some physical protection. I don't think It worths the change and the money It costa right now
