How Can I transport pushable items from city to city?

Question

I saw a lot houses with pushable items inside (for example Yasir's items in Svargrond or Icy Mammoth Trunk in Liberty Bay). I wonder if there is any tactic to transport pushable items from city to city (I don't mean big area like Thais, Kazordoon, Carlin or Venore because I can push items from city to city).

Ok that is good to know Pochwalona, thanks for the input. However, are there any other examples of only pushable items found in houses of islands where they do not spawn? If we gather more evidence then it might mean it is then definitely possible. :-)

I know that you can use explore society teleport to move pushable items to a city to another but unmovable items I really dont know....

You can move unpickable items from city to city using the Explorer Society Astral Bridge 
so basically, you can only move items from between Port Hope to Carlin (Darama Continent and the Main Land) or between Svaergrond and Liberty Bay (Which was the case of the Icy Mammoth Trunk I guess)

to move the items this way, you need to put the item on the TP tile and then step on it urself.

@Moeln  Knightwatch Tower can't work because there are normal teleports so we can't put items on sqm and teleport with our item.
