How many double xp weekends are held per year?

Question

So as the question says, how many double xp weekends are held each year? Do they occur at fixed dates or every X months/weeks?

As you can see above it is about six double exp events per year, they do not have specific dates but, you can see a certain regularity, double exp is always in March, May and during the holidays, Halloween and Christmas. So probably two double exp are waiting for us at the beginning of November and at the end of December
