How to get achievement "Green Thumb"

Question

I have about 40 plants at home (they can't be displayed on the market). It seems to me that I watered them about 100 times to reach, withered and watered again.  So... what can I do wrong? how to get this achievement?

Obtainable by growing 100 fully developed flowers in Flower Pots. Tip:you can reuse pots by letting the flower in it wither to then finally water it again. The flower will return to stage 2 and can then be grown to stage 3 again.

Well, seems that you do everything ok, so maybe by mistake you counted it wrong and simply your flowers still didn't grow to full 3^rd stage 100 times. Remember, it counts only in case of 3^rd stage of growth.

I had the same - with something about 20 flower pots. It took me twice as long as it should, just because I was impatient and every time used to say "Whaaat the hell, it should have been already done!"
