Is the achievement Hope of the Merudri obtainable by all vocations?

By finishing The Way of the Monk quest on level 275, you get the achievement "Hope of the Merudri", which is worth 3 points. Does all vocations can get this achievement or it is limited only to Monks?

It's unfair to a vocation have a exclusive achievement thinking into achievement rankings, since all other 4 vocations only have the exclusive Potion (Berserker, Mastermind, Bullseye) achievement, but apart from this, Monks also have their new Potion and achievement (Transcendence Potion and Inner Peace achievement).

If it's not obtainable by other vocations, I hope they make this achievement available to them or make a vocation exclusive achievement for all other 4 vocations.

Inner Peace can be achieved by every vocation, as CipSfot won't restrict Transcendence Potion to monks. The reason is that, different from the other potions, there is literally no way the default 4 vocations can benefit from additional fist fighting.

According to CM Liamas, every vocation is free to visit the shrines. Additionally, Niadus also confirmed this on the test server board:

So, from the answers that were given, I believe that the achievement will not be exclusive to the Monk vocation.
