How to obtain the mount Primal Demonosaur?

Do I need to complete quest in order to use it? Or I can just buy it from another player and use it

I'll leave this as a comment, because I don't know if it's mandatory to complete the quest in order to obtain the mount. But it is obtained by using an item called Demon In a Green Box. This item is a drop from the final boss of the No Rest for the Wicked Quest. To have a chance to drop it, you need to kill Arbaziloth in hard mode (you can't let The Forgemaster die during the fight).

Yes I know it is a drop from boss but I want to know if any char can use or only the ones I did the quest maybe I should change the question…thx for the comment anyway :D
