How to make Processed Blue Tea Leaves appear on the floor of Podzilla Bottom?

During the test server of Summer Update 2024, it was very easy to find Processed Blue Tea Leaves on the floor of Podzilla Bottom. However, after the update, I've been to the area a few times and haven't found any.

What do I need to do for them to spawn? Any specific task? Maybe kill a certain amount of creatures?

You need to kill quaras in the underwater section of Podzilla, then the leaves sometimes appear under their bodies after they die.
