If I have enough favour points, can I still collect the rewards after the event has ended?

Yes, you can spend your favour points after the event has ended. NPC Minzy is always present in the game.

It's not entirely related to rewards, but you can also use Dry Pieces of Wood on the cauldron slide to get the achievements after the event has ended.
