How to get the achievement ‘Soul Mender’?

Like the question said, there’s a recently discovered achievement called “soul mender” which can be apparently done by killing some bosses that are a part of the soulwar quest. I would like to know, what’s the process to successfully getting it?

It's obtainable after killing Goshnar's Spite, Goshnar's Malice, Goshnar's Cruelty, Goshnar's Hatred and Goshnar's Greed with 5 Goshnar's Taints.
