The fansite owner, Emulov Sun, explained "The story of Epaminodas is spread throughout the forum. He is the Tavern Keeper of Vila Scapula, loves mead, and has already ventured into several competitions. Here it started- https://forum.portaltibia.com.br/topic/40-inaugura%C3%A7%C3%A3o-da-taverna-do-epaminondas/" This is the opening of Epaminodas tavern however it's less about Epaminodas himself and more about members telling their story while visiting the tavern. The forum doesn't seem to have an official story page for Epaminodas however he does have a profile with the title Barkeeper and he replies to members of the the fansite roleplaying his character. So you do learn about him from his replies to other members.

From my understanding, there could be more to his story scattered throughout the vast forum section of the Portal Tibia website.
