The answers are cool and have already shown many items that can be used to create a jungle.

I'd like to add two decorations that I think capture the atmosphere of the jungle and make some suggestions based on them! ;)

The decoration below was made by Monzcarro Murcatto:

To emphasize the vibe of the jungle Monzi used a lot of stones and greenery, natural objects you might find in such a place. The most interesting items/objects Monzi used are:

Stone

Stone

Ogre Rune Stones - this one and other shapes (obtainable from the Kailos Quest

Small Stones

 Dinky Moss Flower Gerland

 Bamboo Leaves

Fresh Hydra Herbs (obtainable in The Cradle of Monsters Quest)

Twigs

Raven Herb

 Flower Pot

The previously mentioned magical trees, Areca Palm, Ficus Benjamin, and Podium of Vigour were also used in the decoration.

Another decoration that can be a great inspiration for you is this one created by Mythmine:

Here, additional use was made of:

 Wood

 Hydrophytes

Leaves, and Potted Flowers, Stools, were used too.

When creating a jungle, lighting is also important - it uses objects that glow green: Green Light and  Glowing Mushrooms.

Of the DIY elements, I think the Fall of Eden Carpet fits best:

I can recommend The Lothlórien Column:

Also, The Exotic Lily Column will work well!

Tibia Decorations has a ton of inspiration you can use.

There is a full break down of items (store & non-store), outfits, mounts, bosses, creatures, market & quest items, rares, world event items, world change items, and free spawning items you can use. They also provide ideas of stack inspirations, custom created carpets, and screenshots of houses decorated by players.

Take a look at the link below and see which style you like best. Maybe you can incorporate some ideas into the space you want to decorate.

Tibia Home also has their own collection of garden decorations which Anubora mentioned.

Jungle themed houses are awesome and unique. They can be messy but that is part of the theme and there is no right or wrong when it comes to the jungle. I will list some key/base details and the rest of it depends on your preferences

This is the jungle that I created.

Key/Base stuff:

- Floor covering: Folded Artefact Carpets - Ring   for the jungle and Cube  for the water effect.

- Leaves: will help you filling the surface and giving the impression of a real jungle. It might take some effort but it will be worth it. Guide here: TibiaFanArt - Leaves

- Forest stuff: Trees from the Cults of Tibia Quest , Naga Nest  and Indoor Plants .

- Small details: The small details are completely personal, you can look into some lists of flowers, items obtained during some quests and pick the ones you prefer to create your own jungle. Floral Decorations / Flowers Tibia / Flower Pots the Entire Year

I know you have asked for a decoration without any store items but you can try to include Podiums of Vigour  displaying some jungle bosses. You can get them using in game money with Emael in the Adventures Guild. They only cost you 1.000.000 gp. As you can see in my screenshot you can display a lot of jungle themed bosses. List of the displayed ones: Hairman the Huge, The Welter, Oodok Witchmaster, The Frog Prince. Remember to choose the stuff that you like and create your own jungle! We are just giving you the options available.

Hi! I'm a huge fan of jungle themed houses. And I totally understand you when it comes to budget friendly items, I mean, using store items is cool but sometimes people can't afford them. I've struggled with that so what I do is just gather as much of quests items and map items I can. Look for things that look green, have leaves, and you think would mimic plants or flowers. There's thousands of items to use for this purpose, so making a complete list would take me a lot of time (and typing). Nonetheless, I'm gonna provide you with a short list of items both from quests and items you can drag from certain cities and parts of the map. And if required, a short description of how to get them. The important thing is coming up with stacks that make sense and things that look good on top of eachother. I selected my most recent jungle theme decoration in which the majority of the items are quest items and items you can get from the map for free, so you can ask me further questions if that's what you want. I'll also quote and link two of the fansites that have info on the items and where to get them like TibiaHome and TibiaFanart.

First of all you want leaves, plants, flowers (But maybe not too many flowers, making it prevalently green looks better in a jungle right?):

Leaves Leaves (Ramo).gif: You can get this from respawns located in Venore, Edron and Darashia. You can find the exact place where they might be by clicking here.

Flowers: You'll need flowers to give colour to your jungle and you can either get them from quests or just pick them up in some parts of the map or create your own flowers, there's an excellent article in TibiaHome that resumes them all here.

Animals: You can now have podiums, I like using the free one you get when you unlock your first bosstiary. And I always put a boss that's also an animal or creature on it. From quests you can get so many tiny cute animals such as:
 - Scared Frog. Scared Frog.gif
 - Small TortoiseSmall Tortoise.gif
 - Black, white or grey Ravens.Black Raven1.gifWhite Raven1.gifGrey Raven1.gif

Some of my favorite items to use are:

-Flower pots: Flower Pot (Dryad's Heart Flower).gifFlower Pot (Midnight Bloom Flower).gifFlower Pot (Fairy Dancer Flower).gif
-Toxic tulip seed: Toxic Tulip Seed.gif(You can get it from the task Forbidden Fruit on Chartan during Children of the Revolution Quest)
- Rotten Witches' Cauldron Seed Rotten Witches' Cauldron Seed.gif
- Troll green: Troll Green.gif
- Purple nightshade blossoms: Purple Nightshade Blossoms.gif
- Dinky moss floret garland: Dinky Moss Floret Garland.gif
-Areca Palms and Ficus Benjamina: Areca Palm.gifFicus Benjamina.gif (they're all over venore, just drag them to your house :D)

Things to consider:

- You can find a full list of items to use in a jungle house deco here, and by clicking on each item you'll also find where its located or how to get it.

- There's also useful information about how to make stacks and stack ideas here.

- Don't forget the lightning, with lights effects on you can set up a mood and make a decoration stand out even more.

- There's a whole bunch of items and furniture you can get from the map and just drag inside your house for you to use, here's a list of them.

-The floor is also important, there are some cool carpet options from quests or you can just create your own carpets if you feel like it.

-Have fun, don't push yourself into making something someone else does and rather do what you enjoy and what you think looks cool.
