What items received a design remake?

Question

I am curious how many items received total design remake.

From my knowledge I am sure about "Hat of The Mad" which back in the days looked like "Magician Hat".

Also "Two handed sword" could be a nice example since it was often a part of a scam because it looked like "Giant Sword".

Do you have any other examples?
