What places were once accessible but not anymore? Places that still exist but aren't accessible anymore, or places that were erased from the game.

a few comes to mind but can you confirm if what you mean is that people has forgotten how to access or that now is imposible to acess

Rookgaard locations:

- training room and teleporter rooms in the academy

- old poison spider cave

- old copper key quest hole

- orc tower

- pleasure island

- the gatekeeper (npc) building

- old west bridge

- tutorial island (the beginning quest instruction with screenshots)

- upper floors no longer accessible with boxes (or any other way)

Additionally I can also mention few mainland locations:

- secret sheep level

- tibia 1.0 map

- first magic sword quest

- demon cave in old mintwallin

well starting with the tutorial of rookgard and the areas related to it, even if you go to rookgard cannot access them anymore because you won't have the quest that it requires to access, the dwarf rock statue on kazordoon because people has forgotten how to enter, the old city of travora (flooded and replaced with a ship), the rooms of beregar because of forgotten knowlede also as the dwarf, those are all I can remember so far
