How Can I get Herald's Wings?

I want to do get Addon 1 of the outfit of Draccoon Herald  but I can't get information where I can obtain Herald's Wings . Do I need to complete another quest to get them?

Herald's Wings can be obtained through the final boss of the 20 Years a Cook Quest.

In the boss room, there are 7 dragons you have to kill. They appear one at a time as you pull a lever to release them. I also posted my comments on which order to kill the dragons here: https://www.tibiaqa.com/34555/in-what-order-should-you-kill-the-dragons-in-20-years-a-cook-quest

Once you defeat the bosses, you can use the Treasure Chest in the south of the room for your reward or pick it up at the Adventurer's Guild. This is where you'll have a chance to loot the Heralds Wings.
