I have this list:

• Natural Soil - Access to Lord Of The Elements
• Small Enchanted Emeralds - Access to Druid area (The Elemental Spheres Quest)
• Small Golden Anchor - Shortcut to leave Deeplings
• Ghostsilver Lantern - Access to Lady Tenebris
• Death Tolls - Access to ThePale Worm
• Treasure Map - Access to Treasure Island 
• Gear Wheels - Access to War Golems
• Scales Of Corruption - Access to Razachai
• Scarab Coins - Access to the Tombs
• Dragonfetish - Shortcut to leave Hellgate
• Small Emeralds - Access to Feyrist (Have all other Gems/Access)
• Key Intihuatac - Access to Iksupan
• Orichalcum Pearls - Access to various places
• Teleport Crystals - Access to Warzones (I dont need the RED ones)
• Adventurer's Stone - Access to the Adventue Guild

• Burial Shroud - Access to The Netherworld in Port Hope
• The Supreme Cube - Access to the Planedwellers spawn and the Planestrider boss starting at mission 7 of The Opticording Sphere Quest
• Scythe - Gives access to The Secret Library
• Holy Tible, Vial of Blood and a Vial of Oil - Grant access to Pits of Inferno Dragon Lord cave
• Ham - Allows use of the Dog Sled from Svargrond to Nibelor after completing the Barbarian Test Quest and from Nibelor to Inukaya after completing the Nibelor 5: Cure the Dogs mission in the Ice Islands Quest
• Music Sheets (First, Second, Third and Fourth Verses) - Once used grants permanent access to the deeper cult spawn in Liberty Bay

• We can add here too Pharaoh items. When u kill the pharaoh it drops an item, if u have it on backpack when u cross tp u will teleport to diferent room, part of helmet of the ancients quest.
