Can I buy a house if I get the money needed to buy it from the sale of another house on the same day?

According to question simple example:

May 16, seller set a transfer of house (A) at my nick for 60kk (I have only 20kk in bank).

May 16, I set a transfer of house (B) for 60kk to other customer.

What will happen after SS at 17 May?

1.Will I get house (A), will sell house (B), bank balance 20kk

2.Will sell house (B), not get house (A), bank balance 80kk

You can't, you won't even be able to set the first house transfer if you don't have the money in the balance to begin with.

You cannot buy or sell more than one house at a time. With that said, your second statement will be exactly what happens. 

"2.Will sell house (B), not get house (A), bank balance 80kk"
