Items such as Ferumbras Mana Keg, Ferumbras Amulet, etc that you can use and get some kind of bonus

You should be more specific in your question. The way it is know it can include every single food, every single potion (including skill potions), dishes, cupcakes, objects such as special crates, brass-shod chests all over the map and even stupid things such as blueberry bushes. It wouldn't be useful at all and wouldn't even fit a proper answer.

What I meant is items like the mana keg, that you use and get potions or mushrooms or whatever and items like the ferumbras amulet for some quick random regen.

Well, as it is not described what types of bonuses, and taking as an example the 2 items above, I will make a list of items that do some beneficial action to the character (some of them not infinitely):

  • Ferumbras' Amulet - Gain 1000 hitpoints or 1000 mana points (random). Infinite with 1h cooldown. (The cooldown persists even if you use another amulet). [Cooldown only counts when you are online or when the item is in a house].
  • Ferumbras' Mana Keg - Generates 10 great mana potions. Infinite with 24 hour cooldown (cooldown persists even if you use another mana keg). [Cooldown only counts if you are online or the item is in a house].
  • Boots of Homecoming - Allows you to transport your character to the outer area of the Ferumbras citadel on Kharos if you are in a protection zone and the item is equipped. Infinite, with 24 hour cooldown (cooldown persists even if you use another boot). [Cooldown only counts if you are online or the item is in a house].
  • Devourer Core - When using it, the cooldown to enter the World Devourer boss is reset, but the item becomes a Burn Out Devourer Core which never returns to its previous state. [Single use].
  • Claw of "The Noxious Spawn" - By using it, when equipped your character will lose its poison status. Infinite with a cooldown of 10 seconds, there is a low probability it will cause a curse on your character, you will receive an achievement if it is the first time and it will be inactive for 24 hours, which only counts if you are online or the item is in a house.
  • Ceremonial Ankh / Ornamented Brooch - When using it, you will receive in your serverlog the list of blessings your character has, with no cooldown and infinite use. A bit outdated by the new client options that make this process much simpler.
  • Cornucopia - I don't recommend its use, but if you use it, it will create 10 grapes. In tests it broke after 30-35 uses on average, no cooldown.
  • Spying Eye - When using it, it will inform you where the Heart of Destruction vortexes are open, no cooldown and infinite use.
