What's the fastest way to finish Bibby Bloodbath's bosstiary?

I've heard that it's possible to kill Bibby Bloodbath's more than once a day, with the help of other characters, but I don't know exactly what the tactic is. Is this really possible? How?

Also, I would like to better understand how her cooldown works. Yesterday, for example, I couldn't kill her. I killed her the day before, but I waited over 24 hours to try to kill her again, and I still couldn't. Any explanation for this?

The fastest way is to have a friend help you. You would kill the orcs in the arena and then Bibby. After you kill Bibby you would put down a few poison bombs 1 min 50 seconds before you would get kicked out. While you stay online your friend will enter the arena area and kill the orcs and lure Bibby once she spawns, over the poison bombs. That is how you can get two kills each time the monster spawns.

I tried to do that, but the orcs took so long to respawn that the bombs just disappeared. :(

I personally continued to use the poison bombs until I was kicked out to ensure that they would be there. The second person has to be quick with killing the monsters when they spawn. If they are not quick, the bomb could disappear before Bibby Bloodbath has a chance to spawn.
