How long after the Imminent Raid icon appears on the map, the raid gets announced?

I would like to know how long after the icon appears on the map the raid gets announced, if possible add when the area and sub-area + the actual raid are announced.

Hello!

Basically, since the first warning (cyclopedia icon flashes) raid will appear in 1 hour.
The second warning is about the sub area of a raid and that happens 15 minutes before the raid warning.

Second warning will only show the imminent raid icon on the sub area if the raid is above the ground floor.

The first imminent raid notification is normally one out from the raid happening. The second notification (when applicable) is the sub-area which is a fifteen minute notification.

There are instances when after server save a raid notification can happen on the observer and it can give you a shorter notification time.

For example: after server save there could be an imminent raid that says something along the lines of “A raid will start in 22 minutes in Northern Darama.”
