Is there any public reason why Cipsoft have not made it possible to change a character’s skin colour?

there any public reason why Cipsoft have not made this happen? I was just wondering as nowadays inclusivity is being highlighted everywhere

I think there was once official reply on the forums about it. I will look into it after Christmas if nobody will give you an answer yet.

Hi! I don't rlly know how to look up for specific things on Tibia.com forums but I do know how to run an internet search HA! That being said I collected some information from Reddit and it seems to be that they don't change colours cause it can trigger up racists and xenophobic behaviour amongst the community. And looking for an official reply from CipSoft about it I found this one, presumably from Guido himself, also from Reddit. although I didn't know at first what the fansite running the interview was, I was able to track down this question and interview to an old promoted fansite called TibiaRP, unfortunately I could not find an archive for the interview yet.

PS: if someone is able to find a forum post with any official reply on this topic I would gladly add it to this answer later on!
