Do bosses that have a random spawn rate spawn immediately after server save or can they spawn at any time of the day?

Most bosses can spawn any time of the day, you just need to be patient and check them often.

There is boss like Groam who spawn immediately after server save (but it's not everyday) from Awash World Change

Groam  doesn't always spawn immediately after server save.
I have a group with others boss hunters on my server, we check every day the Awash World Change is active, and if it is, we check the spawn from half an hour to half an hour app, and the boss ALWAYS spawn on random time.
