Can I change selection on Wheel of Destiny?

Question

As the question says, can I change my selection on the wheel od destiny? As you can see on the picture  all buttons with minus (-MAX and -1) are not highlighted. 

Is it possible to take some points out of the chosen selection to change it to another?

 If it's possible then how can I make it?

Yes, of course you can. You need to be in temple to substract points or just to reset your whole wheel of destiny to start over.

Yes

all you need is to be on any city temple, open your whell of destiny gadget.

Then move your points as you like.
