When was the tower in the east end of Carlin added?

Question

Today a friend noticed a new watchtower on the east end of Carlin, and even though I have no memories of it being there before today, every image of the tibian map online seems to have it. NPC Blossom Bonecrusher is in front of it.

Hello, I believe it happened in the update to version 12.20.9260 when they inserted the Caretaker`s Residence.
