Where exactly do spectral scums spawn during A Pirate's Death to Me world task?

It is known spectral scums spawn in Thais, Carlin, Ab'dendriel and Liberty Bay, but where exactly? Is their spawn location fixed or could it vary?

Hello, I believe it`s possible to verify this by the markings of raid on the global map. For example, the spectral in Carlin when they are to the left of the city the mark also appears there. About the possibility of changing places of spawn, both in Carlin and in Thais I always saw them in the same places. Left of Carlin and above Thais, so I suppose it's always the same places.
