I know there are many Nemesis bosses and they are all worth 100 points when completed, but it seems there are different approaches when it comes down to hunting them. Can someone help me by identifying all of them and showing the best strategies to complete those entries?

Hunting Nemesis bosses is an efficient way to maximize your bosstiary points. There are 105 bosses in this category, meaning that 10500 points are up for grabs. However, as you pointed out, there are different types of Nemeses, and while some entries can be completed in as little as 5 days, others may take up to 5 years!

The first thing you may want to do is find/build a nice community to join you in this task, especially if you play in a crowded world where many might be attempting to do the same. This answer compiles all I collected while hunting Nemeses in a group of players from Secura for the past 2 months (<3 you all). Bosstiary entries are shared between all players that contribute to the kill, so it’s a win-win situation if you manage to do this in a group.

Many of these bosses have very low HP, so depending on the size of your group, it is advised to buy replica rods/wands from Cillia as they can be used by all vocations and are guaranteed not to hit over 10 hitpoints.

Without further ado, let’s dive into the different groups!

This is the bread and butter of Nemesis bosses, with 50 of them falling into this category. They work like ordinary raids: they spawn in a specific area, they have a predetermined respawn cycle, and they will de-spawn if they are not killed within a timeframe – in which case the respawn cycle is consumed anyway. However, they do not have a server-wide message announcing them.

Therefore, the best strategy here is to keep track of each boss’ cooldown window, and to have multiple people checking their areas frequently when they are allowed to spawn. You may also want to park newbie chars in certain spots, as some are safe even for low levels with stealth rings.

Be aware that some bosses, like the Rotworm Queen, have multiple raids – each one of them with its own cooldown. Also, most of them show up with a few lesser minions – this can be a good hint to guess if a boss was already killed/de-spawned, as their minions can be left behind.

The cooldown mechanisms for each boss are yet not fully understood, but thanks to avid hunters and a plethora of information from different fansites, it is possible to apply math and some guesswork to come up with pretty good estimates. Even less is known about the de-spawn timing, but it is generally accepted that it varies per boss and can be anywhere between 30min to 4h, making frequent checks even more important! When a boss de-spawns without leaving any traces, keeping track of its cooldown window becomes a complex statistical guesswork, making the overall estimates less reliable. There are several websites that track bosses based on data from Tibia.com, but it might also be helpful to track within your own community, as those websites can’t effectively distinguish between the different raids, nor account for bosses that de-spawned before a kill.

Here is a list of those bosses, with their availability windows and locations.

Raid Bosses follow all the rules we discussed above, but they are announced to the whole server when they start. Depending on how friendly your server is, as well as the hour of the day, it might be very challenging to hit those bosses before they are dead, especially if they drop valuable loot (e.g. Ferumbras).

You might find it useful to discover certain map regions in order to unlock Tibia Observer notifications for these raids.

Most of these bosses will spawn even with their arena completely packed, but a few can be blocked in case too many players are on the screen. If possible, try to have everyone stacked neatly and use replica wands/rods for a smooth shared kill.

Here is a list of those bosses, with their timings, locations and a snippet of their announcements.

After 30 min, Zulazza & Chizzaron spawn on Zzaion Tower

These bosses share a spawn point with other creatures, so every time those creatures are killed, there is a chance that the boss will spawn instead of them at the next opportunity. You have to actively farm for several hours, as those spawn points are usually slow, and are not affected by rapid spawns or other similar benefits. It is unknown whether external factors can influence the spawn chances, but it is generally accepted that it is only a matter of luck – it may take a few minutes or several days until you finally see one of them spawn.

While sharing similarities with the other types, these bosses add an extra layer of complexity: they require certain MWCs or Events to be active.

Once again, Tibia Observer might come in handy as most of these events are notified over the app.

  • Arthom The Hunter & Oodok Witchmaster
    • Jungle Camp MWC
Treat them as Rare Spawns, as they can appear here randomly more than once within the same day.
  • Furyosa
    • Fury Gates MWC
Find the currently active Fury Gate, and treat it as a Rare Spawn, checking it often.
  • The Hungerer, The Manhunter & The Mean Masher
    • Hive Outpost MWC
Treat them as Farmable Spawns, farming the creatures that spawn here.
  • Devovorga, Anmothra, Irahsae, Teneshpar, Chikhaton & Phrodomo
    • The Rise of Devovorga Event (once a year)
    • Devovorga's Essence MWC
During the Event, the five minions will be available but each one with certain level range limitations.
During the MWC, all of them are available, but you will have to defeat them alone.
Devovorga herself is available during the Event and you should treat her as Raid Boss.
  • Bane Lord
    • Bewitched Event (once a year)
Treat it as a Raid Boss. It will randomly appear during raids every 8 hours.
  • Feroxa
    • Grimvale Event (once a month)
Treat her as a Raid Boss. Her raid happens in Grimvale every 13th of the month.
  • King Chuck
    • Orcsoberfest Event (twice a year)
Treat him as a Quest Boss. Kill him once every hour, up to 3 times in a 20 hour window.
  • The First Dragon
  • The Mutated Pumpkin
    • Halloween Event (once a year)
Treat it as a Raid Boss. Its raid happens every 4 hours between Oct 31 and Nov 3.
  • The Percht Queen
  • Elvira Hammerthrust, Jesse the Wicked, Mornenion & Robby the Reckless
    • Bank Robbery MWC
This MWC is not announced right after SS (nor on Tibia Observer), as happens randomly during the day.
The robbers can be found close to the city they robbed: Kazordoon, Thais, Venore and Carlin

Finally, the last category of Nemeses includes those that are related to repeatable quests/tasks and world changes.

  • Horestis
    • The Mummy's Curse World Change
Only a handful of players can defeat him when it is active, as there are limited canopic jars.
You may want to check with city guides early in the day to be among the first players to go there.
  • Groam
    • Awash World Change
It has a chance to spawn right after SS in the Deepling Scout mines.
You can check with any city guide the quest status right before the SS and get ready to kill Groam by logging out near its spawn point. Be considerate and use Poison Bombs :)
  • Raxias
    • You should ask Charles for a shortcut every 20h, as Raxias is one of the possible outcomes when his ship wrecks.
  • Yakchal
    • She will randomly wake up when someone uses a Frozen Starlight on her sarcophagus. There is also a chance that she wakes up more than once in the same day.
  • Ferumbras Mortal Shell
    • Ferumbras' Ascendant Quest. Kill it every 14 days.
  • Goshnar's Megalomania
    • Soul War Quest. Kill it every 3 days.
  • Lizard Gate Guardian
    • Children of the Revolution Quest. Kill it every 7 days.
  • The Last Lore Keeper
    • Forgotten Knowledge Quest. Kill it every 14 days.
  • World Devourer
    • Heart of Destruction Quest. Kill it every 14 days.
  • Alptramun, Izcandar Champion of Summer, Izcandar Champion of Winter, Izcandar the Banished, Malofur Mangrinder, Maxxenius & Plagueroot

And that's a wrap! I wish I had more space to add more tips and pictures, but all the map links took most of my allowed characters.
Have fun hunting and remember not to get too angry or anxious in case you miss a boss or two every now and then!

My advice is to ask people about boss discord on your server, they work pretty well as bunch of people sharing bosses, this way is quickest to get the points with minimal effort from everyone.

To check which chances your server have at the moment for any boss use exevo pan website.
