I have always heard that it can be seen somewhere in the red lines at the beginning of the seal, but I have never been able to see proof of this, so I wonder, is it true?

People usually stand in that spot to actually HEAR the boss voices- "Blubb

However, see the video by Kenry Knight - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYeKwP4jBxE- 3:27- 4:15- the Boss spawns in the room on the right side of the throne, so actually you might not hear him nor see.
