Does unannounced raid in Thais Lighthouse share respawn with orc raid in Femor Hills?

No, these are completely different raids. This can be easily seen in the leaked server files, since there's one file for the Hills raid (carlintowerorcs.evt) and one for the Lighthouse raid (thaislighthouseorcs.evt).

Amazing! Can you read those files? I mean, is it readable or just binary? I'm interested to know if you can see the expected time range that those raids will trigger

They are readable and yes, you can. But obviously only for raids that existed back in those days, which were only a fraction of all the raids that exist today.
