How do we access the other side of these walls in jakundaf desert?

So, jakundaf desert is a place with many puzzles and locked rooms which lead to even more mysterious things, between all those puzzles there is this place that looks really odd, a wall in a passage and behind it a hole surrounded by sarcophagi:


 a curious place that also holds below it an "easy" mob which from time to time will end being fiendish, that being the principal reason of many players who could try to reach this place, which lead us to:

How do we access this place?
Is part of any known quest or has any history?

This is part of the Desert Quest - if you do its full and longer version, it will be eventually necessary to get into this room.

The method to enter it involves having a second player in the Desert Library activating a switch.
