Is it possible to obtain the Colorful Water Lilly more than once?

I just finished Marapur quest and I'm curious if there's any way to obtain the Colorful Water lilly more than one time, like the tulip from the adventures of Galthen, maybe its obtainable after a long cooldown if you didn't get the mount? I would love to keep the item for decoration.

As far as I can tell, it is not possible without purchasing from another player. Using characters with the quest in both full complete and only killing timira for the first lily >30 days prior and no beaver mount, I was unable to obtain another from NPC's Dhira or Nilavarna using the following text phrases.

"Lily, Water lily, Colourful Water Lily, Beaver, Mount"
