What is the best combination to use food on an EK, either for battle or for hunting if things get dangerous.

I recently used an NPC life food... and I couldn't use any food from the Hot Cuisine event, could someone tell me what cooldowns they share?

The Hireling dishes share cooldown with the Hot Cuisine quest dishes as well as with all the other Hot Cuisine dishes among them. Cupcakes by other hand, doesn't share this cooldown.

The best combination to maximize the Healing on a Knight would be:
Rotworm Stew + Strawberry Cupcake. Both items heals you completely and they don't share cooldown.

If the Knight has a total of HP equal to or less than 5000, it would be recommendable to use Pot of Blackjack instead of Rotworm Stew.

Also keep in mind that you could bring Energy Rings to get Magic shield, which could be useful in some situations.

 Rotworm Stew

When used it will heal you completely. You can only eat this dish once every 10 minutes and this cooldown is shared with all other Hot Cuisine quest dishes.

 Pot of Blackjack

When used It heals 5000 HP instantly. This dish has 4 charges, that are saved on the character as counter (this means the item doesn't hold the charges per se, but your character is going to finish the dish at the 4th use of any Pot of blackjack).

You can only eat this dish once every 10 minutes (even between charges) and this cooldown is shared with all other Hot Cuisine quest dishes.

Strawberry Cupcake

Eating the strawberry cupcake will completely refill your health. The cooldown period for this item is 10 minutes.

Carrion Casserole

When used it restores 30% of the character's maximum Health

After consuming one, you have to wait 10 minutes to consume another Hireling dish.

It can be bought from Hirelings with the Cook skill for 15,000 gold, but the dish received is random.

This item has the properties of Store products, which means it can only be stored inside Your Store Inbox and Depot Boxes and cannot be thrown on the ground, traded or used by other players.
