What can I do to use my Snowman Package? (Maybe a Bug)

Hello,

I got some snowman packages (enough to the achievement), but when I tried to use them on my house it didn't works, i just received some sparks instead (like when you are outside a house). 

I've tried on my house, on my friend's house, on a guild house, and the result was similar, just sparks.

After some time i've decided to test with a dragon throne kit, and.... i got just sparks again. Basically my character can't use any "packages", but everything works fine with the normal furniture kits.

My Question is: Did someone got this "error" and knows how to solve them? At this moment i've sent a ticket to Cipsoft to know what's happening to my character.

I have the same problem. I've asked around, but no one seems to have a fix. I have a post about it on Technical Support Board if you would like to comment there and hopefully we can get a solution.

Hello, I did some research. According to this same question on reddit the character just left it in his house for a while and then was able to open the package. 

In this official cm reply with the same issue a cm states-

You are on the character that owns the house and when you try to place it, it still doesn't work?
If so, please contact the customer support team with as much explanation and details as possible, e.g., in which house you are trying to place the snowman, where in the house, and with which character you are trying to do it.

Today @Hunter of Dragoes sent me an information that this occurred to another player, to solve he just swam for some time. I tried and it worked for me too!

So.... I guess that the script that prevent us from opening the packages are linked to the swimming state, basically the game thinks that we are swimming when we aren't. And I guess that it's impossible to open packages while swimming because any item will be destroyed immediately when created.

I already sent this information to Cipsoft with the Ticket to see if they can solve why this happens. Thanks for the research too!

Hey, I don't know if this will solve your problem, but try right-clicking on it and instead of using it, choose the option unwrap. This solved my problem when I tried to put the bed I bought for my house

This is not how the Snowman Package works, it doens't have the option "Wrap/Unwrap", its first use we just need to right click on it. And just this package gives us the achievement :/

Oh, thanks for this feedback, I though it was a regular furniture item. I'll check if I can finding anything related to this
