Which cities can only use Depot through missions?

Question

The city of Krailos is an example where using the depot is necessary to carry out missions to be able to use it, i would like to know which other cities is the same mechanism to use the depot.

KRAILOS: After completing mission 3 from the "Krailos Quest"

You'll have access to the DP, TRAINERS AND BANK from this city.

BOUNAC: This is the second city and you'll have access to the DP and the ability to trade with Bounac NPCs after completing the quest "The order of the Lion"

Here is where you can find the BOUNAC DP.

FARMINE: This is the third city and you'll have access to the DP after completing mission 5 from "The New Frontier Quest"

Your map will look like this after completing some missions, this is where DP is located -1.

I don't think Feyrist could fit in this category because the question is about the cities where you need missions to gain access to the depot.. So you need the quest to gain access to the city (Feyrist) not to the depot, the dp is just there waiting for you .

Shouldn't Yalahar be on the list too since you only get the abilty to travel there after doing the first mission of Explorer's Society?
Edit: Nevermind, I just read the answer regarding Feyrist which is basically the same thing.

In krailos as mentioned, you need to end the quest to have access to your depot.

There is the bounac depot that can only be accessed by ending the quest lion and killing the drume.
