How to unlure/hide Sight of Surrenders on Roshammul?

Hello, I wonder how I can hide Sight of Surrenders around Roshammul to hunt peacefully while they invaded Lower Roshammul. I heard it's possible but when I tried lure them somewhere they just "puff".
