Do Amplification Potions from Tibiadrome work with charms?

If I use an Amplification Potion will charms help me deal more damage? For instance, if I use holy amplification, the damage from Divine Wrath can be increased, or nothing changes?

Yes it does. If it would not work charms it would be mention in description as it is with "Charm upgrade"

Drinking this potion temporarily increases offensive charm trigger chances except Cripple.

Yes, you deal more damage for each element, if you have Freeze charm and use Ice Amplification, when the charm triggers will deal more damage.
