In order to receive the achievement 'bluebarian' I must eat the berries directly from a bush?

There is the classic achievement 'bluebarian', I wonder if is it necessary to eat all the 500 berries from different bushes or is it possible to get the achievement by purchasing & consuming them all at once?

The achievement is actually about using the bushes, not eating the blueberries. You can see theres two stages, use and collect, you have do use 500 bushes, and after that collect or eat.

In order to get the achievement you need to use 500 Blueberry Bushes (even if it's the same bush, for this you will have to wait 1 hr in order to use the bush again), and leave the other 3 berries on the bush, but, you can't use the bush again until someone (You or another person) eats the berries OR you throw the berries on the floor (Thanks to you, now I know that you can take the berries with you or throw them).

So, the Bush has 3 stages:

First Stage (Non used bush): 

"You see a blueberry bush."

Second Stage (Used/clicked bush): by clicking the bush it inmediatly turns into (***This is the action that counts to get the achievement****)

"You see 3 blueberries.
They weigh 0.60 oz."

Third Stage (Eaten/Thrown Berries):

"You see a blueberry bush."

This one, doesn't really matter what you do with the berries.

So, the answer to your last question is, NO... You will not get the achievemement by eating 500 berries, actually, you don’t need to eat any berry at all.

I've asked a similar question a few weeks ago (https://www.tibiaqa.com/31140/how-many-blueberries-do-i-need-to-eat-for-the-bluebarian-achievement). I was also confused about the actions "use" and "eat". When you click the first time, you dont eat, you just transform the full brush in a 3 berries group, which you can eat or select the 2 of them and throw on the floor. If you wait 1 hour, the 3 berries will be on top of the full bush, so you need to eat or throw them alway to "use" the bush to create another group of 3 berries.
