How long before players are teleported to the reward room during Annihilator?

In the latest "Bugfixes and Changes" there was a change:

"After a certain amount of time, players in the demon room of the Annihilator quest will now be moved to the reward room."

I was wondering how long this time limit is?

I assume it would still work if there were demons alive in the room which could be interesting depending on how long the timer is

Today, CM Skerio answered this question on the Auditorium. According to him, characters are teleported to the reward room 10 minutes after pulling the lever. This way, teammates can no longer block the passage to the reward room indefinitely. This could either be done intentionally or unintentionally (in case of losing internet connection, for example) by those staying before the door that leads to the reward room.
