How the new weapon's property "Perfect Shot" actually works? Does it add one specific bonus damage or there is a formula to it? Will the bonus also be added on the offensive runes?
related to an answer for: What creatures I will not be able to kill?

Perfect Shot
Items with the perfect shot modifier cause bonus damage when a range attack damages an enemy at the specified range. This doesn't apply for spells, runes, or charms, and the damage will be added at the end. Hence, it does not benefit from character level, distance fighting, etc. The perfect shot bonus only affects the main target for explosion or burst arrows.

Eldritch Quiver
slots 8, perfect shot +20 dmg at 5 range, minimum level 250

This means if you were to use that quiver an additional 20 damage would be added to your attack if you shot from range 5. This 20 damage will only be added if you do not hit for 0 damage.

What type of damage it will be? Elemental or physical? Or perhaps it depends of the ammu? Will the damage will be always 20 or depends of the creature immunity...

A "+20 dmg at 5 range" means there will be a bonus of +20 hp which will be added to the hit value (if the distance between the character and the target creature was 5 map fields). Since last week, it does not add the bonus if the hit was intended to be 0.

Updated to include the info from Hunter. The 20 damage will only be added if you do damage. It will not be added if you do 0 damage. I am unsure on the damage type at the moment.

I am very curious about type of the damage. Why? Because as Hunter mentioned in https://www.tibiaqa.com/25373/what-creatures-i-will-not-be-able-to-kill?show=25472#a25472 - when using Perfect Shot, it was possible to kill creatures immune to the damages. So now, is it a "new type of damage" ?

It's not a new type of damage. What happens with the attack bonus of Perfect Shot is that it bypasses the target creature's sensitivity (unless the creature is immune to the original damage). Taking as example the current version of the eldritch wands (Perfect Shot +65 at range 4), their damage range is 85-105 fire damage which will be modified by the target creature's sensitivity to fire. However, when shot at 4 maps fields of distance, it will always cause an additional 65 fire damage. So, if used against a creature that is 20% strong to fire, at 4 maps fields of distance, these wands would hit 68-84 plus a fixed bonus of 65, i.e the final damage rage would be 133-149.
