What do I need to prepare for the Soul War quest?

Question

I am currently preparing myself for the soul war quest. I am trying to gather some information on what Items I should Bring with me. Both Inside bosses and running towards them.
I am aware that stone skins and might rings are a must in this quest. I am also preparing Cupcakes and Blessed steaks. I am wondering how many supplies I'll use?

Also, are there any other items that I must have, and does it change depending on vocation?

@Trululu In my opinion would be nice to present requirements for each vocation separately. It would be helpful for everybody who is interested in this quest and still not too broad.

It would be very broad to cover all that since every vocation changes its set depending on the access and then the boss also its not the same amount of might ring and stone skin for every vocation for example on the boss of braquiodemon the knight will use up to 600 stone skin while a druid uses only like 50 also is very hard to know which set need which vocation even for the people who does service since they only focus on their profession if you ask them about set of a profession that is not theirs, they will probably tell you let me ask my friend who is the one that plays that profession etc
