Does the Ugly Monster in the Opticording Sphere area drop cobra items?

I've seen an Ugly Monster in the final quest area for The Opticording Sphere Quest and I wonder if this monster is farmable, like the Ugly Monster in Cobra Bastion?

Is it killable and in that case does it drop Cobra Items too?

It used to drop cobra items but it was removed because lots of players over farming
