How would you like the second promotion to look like if it was implemented?

I think, with the current meta of Tibia and lots of people reaching 500+ levels, it would be awesome to finally put second promotion into the game.
What features would you like it to have? New spells? Additional regeneration improvement? Additional title to the character?
Perhaps even an option to unlock completely new skills or specializations? Like a Fire-Mage or Berserker-Knight?

I'd like to see something like secrect service quest.  The player should choose one city to follow and any city give u a specific boost, or new spell. Of course u just can follow one city and could not change it. Think it would be a way to create diffrences among the characters of same vocation.
