How does the spawn of a Ghostly Apparition work and where can I find these creatures?

I was wondering how the Ghostly Apparition   spawn actually works? Do they appear at specific hours, Tibia's day/night time or can I trigger their spawn by some actions? It seems they appear in Vengoth Castle when your character is standing still (information based on Tibiopedia.pl & TibiaWiki, but how long do I need to wait for them to appear? I also wonder if I need to stand in some specific location.

I don't know the answer to these questions yet, but it's worth mentioning that these monsters can also be found on Treasure Island and in Cobra Bastion. Interestingly, in Cobra Bastion they also spawn in a mysterious way. Once they are there once they are not.

I am aware of them in Cobra bastion. I was trying to break to the room somehow as also test if there is any connection to the Cobra Curse. When Cobra Curse happens all elemental effects on doors (like Fire door to Gaffir or Foggy one to Quaid disappears). Also, (there is a possibility I was unlucky and I am not right with it) Ugly monsters does not spawn when Curse is active.

Let me just add that Tibiasecrets team have researched this topic very extensively. We tested standing for over 1h in various sqms of Vengoth's hallway (multiple attempts). It's possible that spawning them is a random/rare event or it's caused by the actions of another player in the castle.
