What quest needs the achievement "Starless Night"?

Hello I heard some rumors about a mysterious quest where we need the achievement Starless Night. So what quest do we need with "Starless Night"? Or is there no quest related to this achievement?

Yes, long time ago I heard some rumors about quest which give +1 main skill but works like Mastermind potion, If you use potion this bonus Magic level on mages disappear for duration time of mastermind, later it come back. So far as I know you need for it that Achievement.

This achievement manages to tame the Midnight Panther, it does not belong to any quest.

You can tame this creature with a Leather Whip or a Music Box.

Achievement.After taming it, you will receive the achievement "Starless Night".

'Starless Night' is a reference to the Dungeons & Dragons - Forgotten Realms book series. This achievement is thought to serve as a hint to the Serpentine Tower Quest, which has several links to that book and the series as a whole.

It might be, but that video is a clickbait says "Solved Lore" but he just learn the references Knightmare has taken from other places, it has nothing to do with Lore at all, the Lore is much better explained in other videos

Also... just look up at Beholders/Bonelords that are also from FORGOTTEN REALMS, clearly points that Knightmare was really influenced by this game and there is much of it inside of Tibia.
