What is the best equipment lvl 300 RP can use while hunting at Asura Palace?

Question

My current equip: Coif (ml + void), ghost (death protection), falcon bow, fab legs, winged boots, moon mirror.

Should i use slawl/koshei/foxtail ?
Should i swap winged for prismatic/guardian?

I would change Ghost Chestplate for Depth Lorica Fire + Vamp and Winged boots for Prismatic Boots.

On 300 level you are not staying 8ths so I would use Koshei or Cobra Amulet. Keep in mind that if you get 8 monsters trap swap ring for prismatic ring and gill necklace would be helpful.

No. you mostly kite asuras at 220-280. at 280+ if you want to get a better xp you run and then semi-box (wall-box).

Well, even if you kite the most damage you will take is still physical. (i hunt asura palace since lvl 230, i'm now 320).
Also, as you mentioned, my set gives more distance. (+ leech)

I think you should try hunting there and using the damage analiser. anyone that sugest fire imbue over death imbue prob never hunted there checking the analiser.

My set had more death protection than yours. xD super leech from 2 distance levels, do you know how much more dmg you would deal with only 2 dist more?
Also everywhere you will get mostly physical damage because its instant attack not spell attack which monster might not use for a while. Where you can get hits like from 10-400 from physical for example and spells dmg is constant like 200-300.

Yes. +1% death vs -13% from the most damage on the spawn?
More damage is more damage, no matter how you look at it.

This was kind of a hard to read, very confusing sentence.
I think you should look at analyzer, again. physical is +60% of the damage on the spawn, not matter how you hunt there (kiting or semi-boxing).
Don't know if you play a RP or not, but you are mostly kiting close to monsters so you can hit better arrows and mas sans. Even if you are not boxing you are taking melee hits each turn for the most part. its different from 1v1 where you mostly don't want to get hit.

I would go for sleep shawl for physical protection and prismatic boots to some extra death. The best set would be falcon coif/gnome armor/falcon greaves/falcon bow/ sleep shawl/ prismatic boots/ moon mirror. Swap between prismatic and dwarven ring when you close boxes

I was hunting Asura since 250 (now 325). Since 300 I was full boxing palace and very careful boxing after mirror. Without utito ofc, time to time using ultimate spirit potion:) And my eq is super cheap Zao Helnet, Prismatic Armor, Prismatic Legs, Foxtail Amulet (no need for sleep shawl cause pretty much nothing is hitting earth damage), Guardian Boots + Prismatic Ring / Dwarven. And after few hunts I managed to open 3 charms on them and my xp/h runs way better. Btw. I'm using Rift Bow.

Personally I don't see point in buying overpriced eq. Especially when You open damage analyzer and see that mostly monsters are dealing physical damage.
