Hi! It took me a few days to gather information about this topic. I ran an investigation in Falcon Bastion aswell as Edron to see if I could find references to Oberon's lore but all I could get from Edron was some scatered words about Galthen from Spectulus but nothing directly related to Oberon or the Falcons.
According to Oberon's lore, I believe these words are a very old and ancient spell. The first sentence is used by Oberon to curse us, and the words we use to answer back are a counterspell for that curse. This language is the same we use in Yselda to also counterspell her curse and make her vulnerable. I gathered all the information found in the books from Falcon Bastion's library. To give you a little bit of more context, it seems that the Falcons were infected with something they call "The grey plague". They were looking for ways to master the arts of chivalry to destroy evil but in the way they got lost and infected with the plague, loosing their minds to it and becoming evil creatures. In his search for power and perfection Oberon lost not only his mind but his hability to separate right from wrong and started getting involved with black magic, which led to all his men getting infected with the grey plague. He also tried mastering the art of teleportation, that's why you can get The Spatial Warp Almanac from him and from what's perceived in the books, he himself was the one who left clues behind to defeat him in the Debate you use during the battle with Oberon, apparently he's the author of all The Grand Master of Verbal Debate books, which he led behind himself after losing all hopes to come back from the infection.
Now, specifically addressing your question, there's no known exact translation for these sentences, I asked two of my friends who are really wise in the art of Tibia mysteries and one of them told me "It was an ancient spell and its counterspell, older than the creation of the universe"... So from then on, I had the task to link that info to actual references in Tibia I found references about the kind of rituals Oberon was performing and the spells he was getting from The "Great Plague Research (Book)". It seems he had understand the dangers of being contaminated with the plague and started trying ANY way it could help him and his people to revert the effects of it and that's what that book is about. And that's how I found out where that theory of the spell came from and what kind of spell was. Also, I ran a test using google translator to see if there were significant references to words from other languages and the only relevant word I could find a coincidence with, outside Tibia, was "TOLIDO" which aparently means "CRUSH" and its a translation from Latín.
I will probably keep adding up to this answer later but this is what I got so far.
